In recent news, childhood actor Gary Coleman has passed away after suffering a traumatic brain injury (TBI) after a fall at his Utah home. Coleman suffered a closed head injury. Soon after the being admitted to the hospital he slipped into a coma and was put on life support. His ex-wife, Shannon Price, believed the brain damage was too severe and made the decision to discontinue life support. He was 42 years old.

Actor Chris Klein’s DUI arrest

Chris Klein, of American Pie fame, was arrested early Wednesday morning on suspicion of DUI (driving under the influence).  Police say Klein was pulled over on a freeway in Los Angeles at 3:13 AM and was arrested after failing a field sobriety test.

During the DUI Stop, Klein, 31, reportedly had a blood alcohol content (BAC) over .20, far exceeding the legal limit in California of .08. He was booked for driving under the influence of alcohol and released without bail.
This is the second arrest for the actor, who in early 2005 was arrested and charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI with a blood alcohol level of .20. There are no comments from his lawyer.
